How We Work
1. GET IN TOUCH
Fill out our question form, call, or email us so that we can learn more about the details of your custom piece, including dimensions, wood species, and stain color.
2. DRAWINGS and SAMPLES
As a part of your furniture experience with Brenelli, you will receive fully-detailed 3D drawings to help you thoroughly visualize your piece before we build it. Upon your approval of the drawings, we build your piece exactly to specification.
3. WE START BUILDING YOUR PIECE
During the construction process we will also send you a custom set of finish and stain samples, tailored specifically to the overall color palette of your home.
4. OUR SIGNATURE
After the final coat of finish is applied to your piece, it receives our signature on the underside. This personalized stamp of heirloom quality will differentiate your Brenelli piece from others.
5. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
We will call or email you to set up full white glove delivery. During shipment, we will provide tracking updates and details to ensure that your Brenelli piece is delivered to your home smoothly.
